Less than 21 days or 21 day cycle is already considered not healthy and a doctor should be consulted but let’s assume there is a 22-day cycle which could happen. 22-day cycle and then let’s deduct 13.5 days let’s say 14 days with the margin of error, then you are 21 minus 14 – you are on day seven and let’s say your period lasted that particular cycle seven days so they will overlap.
